Shaunda Holt is the Broker/Owner of NextHome Collective and has been a trusted professional in the real estate industry since 2005. She began her career in New Home Sales, working closely with local builders for over a decade. Her extensive background in new construction gives her clients a unique advantage, whether they’re buying from a builder or selling a custom home.

After transitioning into residential resale, Shaunda earned her Broker’s license in 2017 and has since helped hundreds of clients successfully buy and sell homes throughout Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Nevada, and Yuba Counties. She is also an excellent resource for clients relocating in or out of California, offering a trusted network of professionals and hands-on support to make each move seamless.

As the owner of NextHome Collective, Shaunda leads with a client-first approach grounded in professionalism, honesty, and personalized service. She’s built a reputation for delivering results with care, strategy, and integrity.

Deeply rooted in the local community, Shaunda completed the Lincoln Leadership program with the Chamber of Commerce in 2015, chaired the Lincoln Marketing Committee for the Placer County Association of Realtors from 2017 to 2021, and is an active supporter of local food banks and women’s organizations. She currently serves as a member of the Lincoln Women’s Club.

Born and raised in California, Shaunda has lived in various parts of the state and raised her three sons in Placer County. She enjoys spending time with her family and animals and takes great pride in helping others find a place to call home.
